JUSTIN FOWLES is an attorney at Frost Brown Todd LLP, where he represents corporate clients in complex litigation involving construction, real estate, property, fire and explosion, equine, and business disputes. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases in state and federal courts nationwide, achieving dismissals, favorable settlements, and trial verdicts.
Fowles earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Kentucky and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He previously served as Chair of the Civil Litigation Sections for both the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Louisville Magazine Top Lawyer.
ERIC M. WEIHE is senior counsel -Litigation for PPL Services Corporation/LG&E and K.U. His broad depth of experience includes personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, medical negligence defense, and insurance defense. Weihe received his B.A., cum laude, from Transylvania University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.
SARAH DILGER is Managing Associate General Counsel Senior with Elevance Health, Inc. She brings a wealth of expertise in the healthcare sector with over 28 years of dedicated experience, holding various legal and leadership roles. As Managing Associate General Counsel Senior at Elevance Health, Inc., Sarah has been instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes, particularly in interpreting, implementing, and executing the Affordable Care Act and other federal legislation. Her areas of expertise encompass individual and small group markets, commercial products, wellness programs, risk adjustment, enrollment and billing, contracts, compliance, member services and public affairs.
Sarah is a graduate of the SOAR Leadership Program, an alum of Focus Louisville and a Business First Forty Under Forty recipient. She has served on the Board of Directors for St. Xavier High School since 2016, contributing further through the school's Advancement Committee. She has also served on the Kentucky Health Insurance Advisory Council and the Actors Theatre Board of Directors.
In addition to her many interests, Sarah serves as a mentor to first year law students at the University of Louisville. She is dedicated to nurturing legal talent both inside and outside Elevance Health and continues to leverage her vast expertise and leadership acumen to impact both her professional field and her community positively.
Sarah is married to Craig Dilger, a member of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. They have two adult sons, Oxford a first lieutenant in the United States Army serving at Fort Riley, Kansas and Talbott, a junior at Vanderbilt University.
Dani is a Vice President and serves as Trust Counsel for Baird Trust. She focuses on providing trust and estate planning guidance while interpreting wills and trusts. Dani has over 10 years of experience in trust administration and estate settlement. She is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.
Dani spent ten years with PNC Private Bank serving as a Senior Estate Settlement Advisor and Fiduciary Advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville and a J.D. from the University of Louisville Law School.
JOHN BAUER joined the RiverStone Group in July 2018 where he is currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In his role, he provides legal counsel and advice to executive and senior management on a range of business and strategic issues. His functional expertise and oversight extends to mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate transactions, contract negotiations (including branding, licensing, and leases), corporate compliance and regulatory affairs, human resources and internal matters, and outside counsel management. He also serves on the RiverStone Executive Committee and chairs the legal working group among Fairfax North American affiliates.
Prior to joining RiverStone, John acted in various legal roles with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, Swiss Re, and GE Insurance Solutions. John received an H.B.A. in international affairs and political science from Marquette University in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School in 1997. He is a member of the bar of the states of Missouri and Virginia.
