Band Registration Lawlapalooza 2025

Break out the captain's hat and your best linen—it's time to cruise through the soft sounds of the late '70s and early '80s! Join us for a night of smooth sailing with the greatest Yacht Rock hits from legends like Toto, Michael McDonald, Steely Dan, Hall & Oates, Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross and more!

This year’s battle will be held at Zanzabar (2100 S. Preston St.) on Friday, October 17, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The first band will take the stage at 7 p.m., and the night will conclude at 11 p.m.

We have spots for six bands this year, with one reserved for a student band. Student bands should contact the LBA directly to register.
