Through the use of live demonstrations and practical examples, attendees will learn how to use AI to:

  • Provide preliminary case assessments, offering early insights into potential legal issues and strategies;
  • Conduct detailed background research on involved parties;
  • Conduct efficient and comprehensive legal research, accessing relevant case law and statutes;
  • Use scenario analysis in the development of effective case strategies;
  • Engage in effective case planning, including estimating costs and likely resource allocation; and
  • Draft initial legal pleadings, such as complaints and motions, and learn best practices for refining AI-generated drafts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
