Peter Wayne serves as Chief Revenue Officer for The Forge Companies (TFC). Peter served as a Settlement Planner for Forge Consulting, the national insurance agency branch of TFC, from March 2009 until November 2011. He returned to The Forge Companies after gaining experience as an estate planning attorney at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, a large regional law firm, and as an administrative and business development officer at Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, both in Louisville, Kentucky.

Peter’s various responsibilities include: leading and establishing a vision for all revenue generating activities for The Forge Companies; ensuring that a company’s revenue goals are met by aligning marketing, sales, and customer success with the other business units within The Forge Companies; assisting Advocacy Trust, Forge Consulting and Advocacy Wealth Management advisors with planning concepts and strategies; and helping executive management with the design, structure, and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to the successful growth of the Forge Companies.

Clayton T. Merschbrock is General Counsel at ZipLiens and oversees the Single Event Lien Resolution department. He has spent over a decade in the subrogation and lien resolution sector.

Clayton has extensive experience negotiating and resolving all types of liens, subrogation, and reimbursement claims including Private Health Insurance, ERISA, FEHBA, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TriCare, Disability Liens, and Provider Billing. He spent 5 years as a Subrogation & Litigation Attorney for the largest post-payment healthcare recovery vendor in the United States. During that time, he resolved thousands of subrogation and reimbursement claims, advised medical benefits plans on issues such as plan language and recovery tactics, and managed litigation matters. After joining Plaintiff's side in 2019, he now uses this experience to help accident victims.
