A Critical Briefing for Legal Professionals in Today's Changing Environment

The legal terrain for DEI initiatives is shifting rapidly. Are you prepared to advise clients—or your own organization—on how to advance inclusive practices while minimizing legal exposure?

In this essential seminar, David Glasgow, Executive Director of NYU School of Law's prestigious Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, brings his unparalleled expertise to Louisville for a strategic discussion on maintaining effective DEI programs in a challenging legal climate.

Why This Seminar Is Unmissable:

  • Get ahead of emerging legal challenges – Understand the implications of recent lawsuits filed by anti-DEI advocacy groups, executive orders, and federal agency enforcement actions
  • Develop practical risk assessment skills – Learn to identify potential legal vulnerabilities in existing diversity programs and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Maintain impact within constraints – Discover how organizations can continue meaningful DEI work while navigating the current legal environment
  • Stay at the forefront of your field – Position yourself as a knowledgeable advisor on one of the most dynamic areas of contemporary legal practice

Glasgow will provide a comprehensive analysis of significant federal cases his center is monitoring and offer concrete frameworks for balancing DEI objectives with legal compliance. Participants will leave with actionable insights for counseling clients—or their own organizations—on advancing fairness and equal opportunity in the workplace even as the legal landscape continues to evolve.

This is not merely an academic discussion—it's a practical toolkit for legal professionals committed to responsible DEI advocacy in challenging times.

Reserve your place today for this timely and thought-provoking session that addresses the questions at the intersection of law, ethics, and organizational policy that every forward-thinking attorney needs to understand.
