The Louisville Bar Association’s Health & Wellness Committee invites you to join us in celebrating Well-Being Week in the Law—a nationwide movement to prioritize mental, physical and emotional wellness in the legal profession. This is your chance to press pause, refocus and invest in your well-being.

This year, we’re challenging our members to Get Active! Whether you're walking, lifting, stretching or sweating—it all counts. And thanks to our exclusive member benefit partners, staying on track has never been easier.
