Jason Vaughn concentrates his practice on real estate and construction law. He is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana. Jason represents major real estate lenders, real estate brokers, developers, title insurance companies and everyday individuals who may be confronted with litigation.
Jason also regularly serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, where he has been a Blue-Ribbon Affiliate and formerly served as a member of the Board’s Forms Committee for twenty years. In addition, he has been published in the South Carolina Journal of Law & Education, the KBA Bench & Bar Magazine and the Louisville Bar Association’s Bar Briefs. Jason is often requested to be the featured speaker on real estate matters across the State of Kentucky, which averages more than twenty times a year. He has been a featured speaker for the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, First American Title Insurance Co., the Lorman Institute, the National Business Institute, the Kentucky Realtors, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors, the Murray-Calloway County Board of Realtors, the Madisonville-Hopkins County Board of Realtors, the Kentucky Barkley Lakes Board of Realtors, the Paducah Board of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Southern Kentucky, the Hopkinsville-Christian & Todd County Association of Realtors, the Heart of Kentucky Association of Realtors and various real estate brokerages across the region. He also served ten years as outside General Counsel for the Kentucky Realtors.
