The Louisville, KY office of Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices across nine states and Washington, D.C., seeks an associate with 1-5 years of experience in labor and employment law. Successful candidates will have experience with the range of employment-related litigation, including claims pursuant to Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA and similar state-law claims.  Experience in OSHA work is also a plus.  Applicants must also have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $155,000 to $185,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
