Description
Building a new home should be exciting, yet disputes between buyers and builders are all too common. This program will give real estate attorneys the tools they need to recognize risks early, negotiate stronger contracts, and guide clients through construction conflicts when they arise. Attendees will receive practical checklists and straightforward tips that benefit both new and experienced practitioners in real estate law.
